There’s nothing fancy about it. You buy a building, upgrade it and take a profit.

The problem is no liquidity. Low interest rates are a beautiful thing, but no one can buy.

What determines the price of real estate? Location, location, location.

I love real estate, it is predictable. It will not run away like the banks or shares.

It’s really the time to buy.

Now is the best time to buy real estate, and the banks cannot finance.

It is the best time ever to have money to invest in real estate.
MONEY
Why make money in the first place?

Most things don’t pay off, you put money in the bank and the rates are so low inflation eats it up.

Money is just paper printed by the government.

We don’t need military, at the end of the day, the bankers can cause the world to collapse.

It is a privilege to live during the worst financial crisis ever.

You should be proud to see and experience the financial crisis first hand, other generations will never get to see this.

The general rule is if you don’t have to sell real estate you shouldn’t. I think that is conservative, if you can get the price you want, sell.

BANKRUPTCY
So many people are bankrupt, it is a fascinating thing.

STOCK MARKET
Stock market is a piece of shit, you may as well go to vegas.

AMERICA
America has the most beautiful nature in the world.

America should have seen what was coming, too many imports, not enough export.

I don’t believe American currency will fail, America is a great nation, that’s all there is to it.

The American Dream is changing to a better dream.

PHILOSOPHY
If you really want to achieve your goals, having a normal job will probably not help you realize them.

Happiness is when your reality matches your expectations. If they are not in sync, you will be confused.

Reality is flexible, it is big. You  can change your reality if you expect to.

You have to climb the ladder. Do your best on every step. Accept every step on your way to the top. No one starts at the top.

People born poor are fortunate. They must face themselves to their goals, and can be proud of every step they make towards the top.

If you want something you have to work to get it, not sit around on the couch.

It is hard work to make money, that’s why it is important to do what you love. Then making money is easy.

Why complicate the basic’s of life? People complicate the basic’s so no one understands what’s going on.

I like to keep it simple, no bullshit strategy.

The amount of movies you watch is very important and if you think you are James Biond or not.

I only believe in cash and teenies.

The basics are important. Without those your fucked.

If you never got love, you can never give love, it’s impossible.

You gotta do what your good at, that’s what’s important.

Being rich is not about money, it’s about what you enjoy and have. That’s it.

People should go to the garden for good food, to enjoy each other and good sex.

I see the world differently. I see every day as an opportunity to do something.

It’s complex to rule the world, it’s not easy.

Every time I’ve lost something the next thing was better. It’s just like that.

Today people only see pleasure in buying, for what? Poor way of seeing life.

The best thing to do now is to go some where where it is cheap to live in the sun and go to the beach, until the banks decide to loan money again.

I have a no bullshit strategy, I only talk about what I know about.
